fish in coconut gravy

  1. Clean fish, make lines on fish.marinate with little salt, a half lemon and 1 table spoon oil.grill the fish on coal griller till well done.
  2. On a pan add coconut milk and ol other ingredients except coriander.cook on low heat stirring continuously till thick.put off flame and keep on strring till cooled.
  3. Heat a flat pan, but jst low heat.put quarter of the gravy on top keep the fish.add another quarter of gravy ontop of fish.turn the fish the other side.keep on adding gravy n turning fish on both sides till u finish the gravy.
  4. Put fish on serving plate garnish with coriader and slices of lemon
