Grape-Nuts Pudding

  1. Scald milk.
  2. Mix egg, sugar and flour together and add to the hot milk.
  3. Boil until thick.
  4. Remove from heat and add cracker crumbs and grapenuts.
  5. Optional: Toasted coconut can also be added to the top.
  6. Chill & serve; you can also serve warm.
