Easy Sushi Rice For Hand Rolls
- 55 ml Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sugar (white sugar)
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1000 grams Freshly cooked rice (slightly hard)
- Mix the vinegar, sugar and salt in a deep bowl.
- Microwave for 15 seconds at 500 W.
- Mix well.
- Add the mixed vinegar to freshly cooked rice in 2 goes, and mix with a rice spatula in a cutting motion.
- Once it has cooled down a little, it's ready.
