Cool Fruited Shrimp Salad

  1. Toss shrimp and onion with 1/2 cup of the dressing; cover.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  3. Drain; discard marinade.
  4. Divide greens among 4 salad plates.
  5. Arrange fruit and shrimp over greens.
  6. Serve topped with remaining 1/2 cup dressing.
