Oysters With Pine Nuts and Bacon

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Cook bacon in a small heavy-based pan over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add pine nuts and sauce, stir until well combined.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Spoon mixture evenly onto each oyster.
  6. Sprinkle with chives.
  7. Bake 5-10 minutes or until oysters are heated through.
  8. Do not overcook.
  9. Serve immediately.
