Mary Jo's Congealed Salad Recipe

  1. Soften gelatin in lemon juice.
  2. Add in boiling water stirring to dissolve gelatin.
  3. Add in diet ginger ale, Sweet'N Low, vinegar and salt.
  4. Let chill.
  5. When it begins to thicken, mix in grapefruit and cabbage.
