Chicken Alfredo(Low-Fat)

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, blend flour, liquid Butter Buds, skim milk and chicken broth.
  2. Add minced garlic, salt and pepper. Continue to cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  4. Combine sauce with chicken and mushrooms.
  5. Fold into cooked pasta.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Fat 3.83 grams per serving.
  8. Serves 6.
