Margarita Strawberries With Lemon Sorbet

  1. Place strawberry halves in medium bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together sugar, tequila, and orange peel.
  3. Drizzle over strawberries and gently toss to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 1-3 hours.
  5. To serve, scoop sorbet into dessert dishes and spoon strawberries on top.
  6. If desired for presentation, add one or two orange peel rings to the side of the dish.
