Baked Beef Chowder
- 3 cups water
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- 14 12 ounces stewed tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 large carrots, chopped
- 12 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
- 14 cup celery
- 14 cup long grain rice, uncooked
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Transfer to an ungreased oven proof baking dish.
- Cover and bake at 350F for l 1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender.
