Brown Sugar Peaches Recipe

• 3 lb fresh peaches peeled, pitted, sliced lengthwise/ slices cut crosswise in half
• 1/2 c. golden sugar - (packed)
• 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

1. Gently toss sliced peaches, golden sugar, and fresh lemon juice in large bowl to blend.
2. Let stand at room temperature till juices form, tossing occasionally, about 2 hrs.
3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
