Fruit & Cookie Kabobs

• 16 pieces dried pineapple
• 8 dried apricots, halved
• 8 Caramel Apple NEWTONS Snackable Dessert Cookies, cut diagonally in half
• 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping

1. Thread fruit and cookie pieces alternately on 4 wooden skewers.
2. Serve each kabob with 2 Tbsp.
3. of the whipped topping for dipping.
