Chicken Fajitas

  1. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, garlic, chili powder and cumin.
  2. Add chicken; stir.
  3. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. In a nonstick skillet, cook onion, chicken and marinate for 3 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  5. Add peppers; saute for 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp.
  6. Stir in salsa.
  7. Divide mixture among tortillas and top with cheese.
  8. Roll up and serve.
  9. Serve with sour cream.
  10. Yield:
  11. 6 servings.
