Pull-Apart Bread(Monkey Bread)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. juice (orange, lemon, etc.)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 3 cans refrigerator biscuits
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of sugar, oleo, vanilla and fruit juice.
- Boil for 1 minute; set aside.
- Open biscuits and cut each into quarters.
- Combine 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon into a shaker bag.
- Place quartered biscuits, a few at a time, in shaker bag to coat with sugar mixture.
- Remove and layer into a well-greased Bundt pan.
- Pour about 1/3 of the boiled mixture over biscuits.
- Repeat with another layer of sugar coated biscuit pieces and pour liquid mixture on top.
- Keep repeating until all ingredients are used up and Bundt pan is full to top edge.
- Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 35 minutes.
- Turn bread out of pan as soon as it comes out of the oven. Cool.
- Use fingers to pull apart and enjoy.
