Eclair Cake

  1. Line pan with graham crackers.
  2. Mix pudding, milk, and Cool Whip.
  3. Use 1/2 the mixture.
  4. Layer crackers and pudding, 2 layers.
  5. Mix butter, milk and sugar.
  6. Boil 1 minute.
  7. REmove from heat.
  8. Add chocolate chips and vanilla.
  9. Pour on top.
  10. Cool.
