Eclair Cake
- 2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 13 cup milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- graham cracker
- Line pan with graham crackers.
- Mix pudding, milk, and Cool Whip.
- Use 1/2 the mixture.
- Layer crackers and pudding, 2 layers.
- Mix butter, milk and sugar.
- Boil 1 minute.
- REmove from heat.
- Add chocolate chips and vanilla.
- Pour on top.
- Cool.
