bbq smoked corned beef
- 2 cup dry rub
- 8 oz italian dressing
- 3 lb corned beef brisquet
- 12 oz bbq sauce
- properly thaw corned beef
- cover with favorite dry rub mix.
- i used onion salt, season salt, black pepper and provided season packet.
- heat grill or smoker to 300 to 350F.
- it is importain to use indirect heat.
- i used a pan with the italan dressing and water directly under and next to the actual flame.
- cook appx 1 hour per pound.
- i turned meat ever 30 min.
- last 30 minutes, bbq sauce one side, cook for 15 min.
- rotate meat and bbq sauce the other, cook for last 15 min.
