bbq smoked corned beef

  1. properly thaw corned beef
  2. cover with favorite dry rub mix.
  3. i used onion salt, season salt, black pepper and provided season packet.
  4. heat grill or smoker to 300 to 350F.
  5. it is importain to use indirect heat.
  6. i used a pan with the italan dressing and water directly under and next to the actual flame.
  7. cook appx 1 hour per pound.
  8. i turned meat ever 30 min.
  9. last 30 minutes, bbq sauce one side, cook for 15 min.
  10. rotate meat and bbq sauce the other, cook for last 15 min.
