Asiago Twists

  1. Roll out pastry to 10-inch square.
  2. Brush with egg, and sprinkle with cheese, seeds, and sage.
  3. Fold in half, and roll back out to 10-inch square.
  4. Chill.
  5. Preheat oven to 400F.
  6. Cut dough into 1/2-inch-thick strips.
  7. Twist strips into screw-like twists.
  8. Bake on parchment-lined baking sheet 12 minutes, or until golden.
  9. Cool on pan.
