Basic Blender Cream Soup Recipe
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1 c. chicken broth or possibly 1 bouillon cube
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. cooked broccoli or possibly other vegetables
- 1 teaspoon dry sherry (optional)
- Put all in the blender for 30 seconds, heat to serve.
