Scrambled Eggs in Pita Pocket with Orange Juice

  1. Add oil to nonstick pan and heat pan over medium heat.
  2. Add broccoli; stir-fry briefly.
  3. Pour in egg substitute and scramble until eggs are cooked through.
  4. Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
  5. Fill each pita half with 1/8 of the egg mixture.
  6. Serve each person 2 pita halves.
  7. Complete each breakfast with a 6 fl oz (3/4 cup) glass of VERYFINE orange juice.
