Poppy Seed-Banana Bread

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Add bananas, dressing and vanilla; mix well.
  5. Blend in eggs.
  6. Gradually beat in flour mixture just until blended.
  7. Stir in raisins and nuts.
  8. Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  9. Bake 1 hour 5 min to 1 hour 15 min.
  10. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
  11. Cool 10 min.
  12. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
