Turkey Cutlets with Two Sauces

  1. Prepare the pasta using the package directions, omitting the salt and oil.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 375F.
  3. Lightly spray a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish or 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with olive oil spray.
  4. Spread the pasta in the dish.
  5. Pour the broth over the pasta.
  6. Place the turkey in one layer over the pasta.
  7. Sprinkle with the panko.
  8. Lightly spray with olive oil spray.
  9. Bake, covered, for 35 minutes.
  10. Pour the spaghetti sauce over the casserole.
  11. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the spaghetti sauce.
  12. Bake, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the sauce is warmed through and the turkey is no longer pink in the center.
