Sal'S Pasta Ala Vodka

  1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
  2. (Add while oil is still cool.)
  3. Add Prosciutto; saute about 10 minutes, until onion is translucent.
  4. Add butter, chopped pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, hot pepper flakes and basil; simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream, grated cheese, vodka, artichoke hearts and just enough prepared sauce until sauce is pink color.
  6. Serve over bow tie pasta.
