Cauliflower Cheese Sauce (Dairy-Free)

  1. Steam the cauliflower florets for 10 minutes or until tender.
  2. In a small skillet over medium heat, saute garlic in hazelnut oil or coconut oil, just until fragrant.
  3. Add all of the ingredients into a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Serve over gluten-free noodles, spaghetti squash, veggie sticks, spuds, kale chips or Vegan Shepherds Pie On The Fly.
