Cauliflower Cheese Sauce (Dairy-Free)
- 1 head Cauliflower, Cored And Cut Into Florets
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Hazelnut Oil, Coconut Oil, Or Avocado Oil Pepper To Taste
- 3 Tablespoons Chopped Marinated Artichoke Hearts
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Annie's Honey Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- Steam the cauliflower florets for 10 minutes or until tender.
- In a small skillet over medium heat, saute garlic in hazelnut oil or coconut oil, just until fragrant.
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve over gluten-free noodles, spaghetti squash, veggie sticks, spuds, kale chips or Vegan Shepherds Pie On The Fly.
