Hamburger Pie
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburg
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. frozen corn
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- instant mashed potatoes
- paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Pat hamburg in a 10-inch pie plate like you're making a crust; broil until half done. Drain grease.
- Heat onion, celery and green pepper in microwave. Drain and put into "crust."
- Heat frozen corn and mushrooms in microwave.
- Drain and put into "crust."
- Mix the mushroom soup and garlic.
- Pour over all. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
- Make up instant mashed potatoes and cover top.
- Sprinkle with paprika and/or shredded Cheddar cheese. Cook 45 minutes at 350u0b0.
