SHAKE'N BAKE Super Speedy Roast Chicken

• 1 envelope Shake'N Bake Italian Coating Mix
• 1 whole chicken (3 to 4lbs / 1-2 kg) Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• steamed vegetables

1. EMPTY contents of coating mix into a large plastic bag.
2. Moisten chicken with water and shake off excess.
3. Shake chicken in coating mix until evenly coated.
4. PLACE chicken breast side down in a microwaveable baking dish.
5. Cover loosely with waxed paper.
6. MICROWAVE on HIGH power for 8 minutes per lb (2.2kg).
7. Turn chicken halfway through cooking.
8. Let stand 5 minutes before carving.
9. Serve with your favourite steamed vegetables.
