Easy Cheese Souffle
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 5 slices cubed bread
- Grease casserole and blend first 5 ingredients.
- Put bread crumbs in casserole and pour liquid over cubes.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Place casserole in shallow pan of water.
- Bake 1 hour in preheated 350F oven.
