Peanut Pie

  1. For crust, prepare and bake Crisco Single Crust.
  2. Cool completely.
  3. Heat oven to 350F (180C) (180C).
  4. For filling, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, cornstarch and salt in saucepan.
  5. Add milk and peanut butter chips gradually.
  6. Beat egg yolks lightly in small bowl.
  7. Stir 1 cup hot mixture slowly into yolks, mixing thoroughly.
  8. Return mixture to saucepan.
  9. Bake at 350F (180C) (180C) for 12 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle with chocolate covered peanuts immediately.
