Chocolate Pecan Granola
- 3 cups Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cups Wheat Germ
- 6 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 13 cups Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 2 cups Roughly Chopped Pecans
- 1/2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl toss together the oats, wheat germ, vegetable oil, honey, cinnamon, salt and pecans.
- Then arrange it in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
