Make-Ahead Cheesy Bacon Mini Meatloaves

• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
• 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
• 1/4 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
• 2 green onions, sliced
• 4 slices bacon Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06

1. Whisk egg and milk in large bowl until blended.
2. Mix in all remaining ingredients except bacon.
3. Shape into 4 (1-inch-thick) patties; wrap bacon slice around edge of each patty.
4. Wrap individually in plastic wrap; place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag.
5. Seal bag.
6. Freeze up to 3 months.
7. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Unwrap frozen patties; place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
8. Bake 40 to 45 min.
9. or until done (160 degrees F).
