Three Cheese Tortellini with Summer Squash & Fresh Basil

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions.
  2. Drain; keep warm.
  3. Melt Saute Express squares in 12-inch nonstick skillet just until bubbles begin to form.
  4. Add zucchini and squash.
  5. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes or until crisply tender.
  6. Add cooked tortellini.
  7. Toss together until combined.
  8. Place into serving dish.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and basil.
