Mustard Glazed Ham Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 375F Coat a loaf pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
  2. Place all the ingredients, except the marmalade and mustard, in a large bowl and mix thoroughly, using your hands.
  3. Scoop into the pan and pack firmly,mounding slightly in the center.
  4. BAke in the lower third of the oven for 40 minutes.
  5. Mix the marmalade and mustard together to make the glaze.
  6. Spread it over top and reduce the oven temperature to 350F Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.
  7. Let the ham loaf rest for 20 minutes in the pan on a wire rack.
  8. Loosen around edges and ease onto a platter.
  9. Slice and serve.
