Gluten Free Pumpkin White Chocolate Scones
- 2 1/4 cup Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Pure Pumpkin
- 1 tsp Pure Pumpkin
- 2/3 cup Milk
- Preheat the oven to 375.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Add the pumpkin and milk, mixing together well, the dough will be thick.
- Drop large, tall dollops of dough (scones will spread when baking) onto lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes.
