Fancy Chocolate-Dipped Pretzels
- 12 ounces chocolate chips 1 bag
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup, light Crisco
- 1 x pretzel sticks large sticks, as needed
- 1 x assorted toppings crushed candy cane, M&Ms, nuts, etc.
- Every year, I like to give handmade Christmas gifts.
- This year, I decided to imitate Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factorys hand-dipped chocolate pretzels, and they turned out great!
- I wrapped them in mini cellophane bags tied with bells and packaged them in fun, decorative tins I found in the $1 section at Target.
- Mix chocolate chips and Crisco and microwave 1 minute.
- Stir.
- Continue to microwave and stir the mixture until its liquidy.
- Dip pretzel; shake off excess chocolate.
- Cover in topping.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Done!
