Fancy Chocolate-Dipped Pretzels

• 12 ounces chocolate chips 1 bag
• 1 tablespoon corn syrup, light Crisco
• 1 x pretzel sticks large sticks, as needed
• 1 x assorted toppings crushed candy cane, M&Ms, nuts, etc.

1. Every year, I like to give handmade Christmas gifts.
2. This year, I decided to imitate Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factorys hand-dipped chocolate pretzels, and they turned out great!
3. I wrapped them in mini cellophane bags tied with bells and packaged them in fun, decorative tins I found in the $1 section at Target.
4. Mix chocolate chips and Crisco and microwave 1 minute.
5. Stir.
6. Continue to microwave and stir the mixture until its liquidy.
7. Dip pretzel; shake off excess chocolate.
8. Cover in topping.
9. Place on cookie sheet.
10. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
11. Done!
