AMIEs Marinated Olives

  1. Combine, mix and toss all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Cover and set aside to marinate for 5 hours.
  3. Marinated olives can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  4. But we should bring the olives back to room temperature before serving because oil will solidify in the fridge.
