Raita

  1. Put yoghurt in a bowl
  2. Fine grate in cucumber and mix in
  3. Chop up mint and add to mix
  4. Is all to desired taste and finish with a dash of extra virgin olive oil
  5. Put in fridge for 5 minutes then serve with other dips and 2 naan
