Mother Marys Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients except bacon in a large mixing bowl until well incorporated.
  3. Shape into a loaf and place it in a greased 9x13 pan.
  4. Top meatloaf with bacon strips.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 to 1-1/2 hours (depending on your oven) or until juices run clear.
  6. Remove from oven.
  7. Allow to stand for about 10 minutes before slicing.
