One-Pot Chicken Caprese

  1. Remove casings from sausage, if necessary; crumble sausage into large skillet.
  2. Add onions, garlic and dressing; mix well.
  3. Cook on medium heat until sausage is evenly browned, stirring frequently.
  4. Add pasta, tomatoes, water and 1/4 cup basil; mix well.
  5. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 12 min.
  6. or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
  7. Top with cheese; cook, covered, 1 min.
  8. or until melted.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining basil.
