Deviled Sea Food Recipe
- 2 lg. Large eggs, hard boiled and minced
- 4 ounce. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1 c. sea food (your choice)
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 2 c. med. white sauce
- Rub 6 ramekins with garlic.
- Mix 1/4 c. of grated cheese with 1/2 c. bread crumbs and pecans.
- Set aside.
- Into slightly cooled white sauce, stir the rest of the cheese and stir till cheese is melted.
- Add in minced Large eggs, sea food and parsley.
- Turn into ramekins and top with crumb mix.
