No-Bake Pumpkin Pie

  1. Mix condensed milk, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg with whisk until blended.
  2. Sprinkle gelatine over water in medium saucepan; let stand 1 min.
  3. Cook on low heat 2 min.
  4. or until gelatine is completely dissolved, stirring constantly.
  5. Add milk mixture; stir until blended.
  6. Continue cooking 5 min.
  7. or until slightly thickened.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Stir in pumpkin.
  10. Spoon into crust.
  11. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  12. Top each serving with a dollop of COOL WHIP just before serving.
