Pumpernickel Bread (Bread Machine)

  1. Measure ingredients into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  2. Insert pan into the oven chamber.
  3. Select Whole Wheat Cycle, press start.
  4. When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
  5. Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
