Pumpernickel Bread (Bread Machine)
- 1 12 cups freshly brewed coffee (room temperature)
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons liquid honey
- 1 tablespoon light molasses
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 12 cup dark rye flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 34 teaspoon bread machine yeast or 34 teaspoon fast rising yeast
- Measure ingredients into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Insert pan into the oven chamber.
- Select Whole Wheat Cycle, press start.
- When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
- Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
