Cheese And Wine Bread

  1. In a saucepan, heat wine, butter, sugar and salt until warm. Add to 1 1/2 cups flour and yeast in large mixing bowl.
  2. Add eggs. Beat at low speed for 1/2 minute and at high speed for 3 minutes. Stir in cheese and enough flour to make a soft dough and knead until smooth.
  3. Place in covered greased bowl and let rise until it doubles, about 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Punch down and shape into one large 8 inch round loaf.
  5. Place in greased 9-inch pie plate and let rise until it doubles, about 40 minutes.
  6. Bake 20 minutes at 375u0b0. Cover with foil and bake an additional 20 minutes.
