Molded Lime/Cheese Pineapple Nut Salad Recipe

  1. Dissolve Jello in 2 c. boiling water.
  2. Add in 1 c. pineapple juice, 1/2 c. cool water.
  3. Place in refrigerator till Jello is at the consistency of beaten egg whites.
  4. Mix soft cream cheese, cottage cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice together.
  5. Mix in Jello.
  6. Refrigerateovernight.
  7. Yield: 12 servings.
