Sugar-Free Gelatin Cocktails
- 1 gal. Hot water (160 to 180F)
- 1/3 cup JELL-O Brand Assorted Citrus Sugar Free Gelatin
- Add hot water to gelatin; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Pour into 4-inch full-size hotel pan (or 1/3 hotel pan for trial recipe).
- Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or until set, beating with wire whisk every 20 to 30 minutes.
- Spoon into cocktail or martini glasses to serve.
