Cookie-licious Mini Cheesecakes

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Mix crumbs, 3 Tbsp.
  3. sugar and butter; press onto bottoms of 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
  4. Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended.
  5. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each just until blended.
  6. Spoon over crusts.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
  8. Bake 25 to 30 min.
  9. or until centers are almost set.
  10. Cool completely.
  11. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  12. Microwave cookie butter in microwaveable bowl 30 sec.
  13. ; stir until melted.
  14. Cool slightly.
  15. Drizzle over cheesecakes.
