pickled onions
- 3 each jalapenos
- 1 each onion
- 1 lime juice
- 1 salt
- place jalapenos over hot pan, get them nice n toasty.
- remove and cut in halfs
- slice onion n place into bowl
- combine jalapenos and onion.
- add lime juice and salt to your liking, just make sure you sprinkle that all over
- mix and cover.
- Place in the fridge for 2hrs or overnight.
