pickled onions

  1. place jalapenos over hot pan, get them nice n toasty.
  2. remove and cut in halfs
  3. slice onion n place into bowl
  4. combine jalapenos and onion.
  5. add lime juice and salt to your liking, just make sure you sprinkle that all over
  6. mix and cover.
  7. Place in the fridge for 2hrs or overnight.
