Tomato Bisque Recipe
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 can beef bouillon
- 1 sm. can green chili salsa
- 1 lg. cucumber, grated
- 2 hard boiled Large eggs, minced
- 1 can crab meat, flaked or possibly shrimp (optional)
- Mix first 3 ingredients well to blend and bring to boil.
- Refrigeratewell and serve in chilled bowls.
- Garnish with the cucumber, Large eggs and seafood.
- Serve with English muffins toasted with cheese.
