Orange Cheese Cake

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients; press into a buttered round cake pan.
  2. Bake at 400u0b0 for 6 minutes; cool.
  3. Combine eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, sour cream and vanilla in container of electric blender. Blend for 15 seconds.
  4. Gradually add cream cheese; continue blending.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons butter, blending until well mixed. Drain oranges, reserving 1/2 cup liquid (set aside).
  6. Combine oranges and Cointreau; let set 30 minutes.
