Breakfast Sausage Casserole Recipe
- 1 c. frzn hash browns
- 1 pound bulk sausage, browned and liquid removed
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. processed American cheese, cubed grated Cheddar cheese
- Croutons, bread crumbs, or possibly crushed potato chips
- Combine soup, lowfat milk, Large eggs and cheese.
- Mix with hash browns and sausage.
- Put mix in flat 7 x 10 inch casserole.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
- Make night before, and bake in morning.
