Fettuccine Alfredo
- 8 ounces fat free cream cheese, cut in bits
- 34 cup fat-free parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 cup light butter or 12 cup margarine
- 12 cup skim milk
- 8 ounces fettuccine, cooked, drained
- Add butter to a heated pan.
- Then add cream cheese, parmesan, and milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Toss in the pasta, mixing well.
