Two Layered Finger Jello Recipe
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon Jello
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. any flavored Jello
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 boiling water
- 1 pkg. Knox gelatin dissolved in 1/2 c. cool water
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- Combine the flavored Jello and sugar in a large bowl.
- Add in boiling water and mix till dissolved.
- Add in gelatin that has been softened in cool water and add in to flavored Jello.
- Add in softened ice cream and mix until blended.
- Pour Jello mix into 8 inch square pan or Tupperware.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Cut into squares.
