Sausage And Chicken Noodle Casserole Recipe
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. finely minced onions
- 1 c. finely minced celery
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
- Brown sausage.
- Drain.
- Add in rice and rest of ingredients.
- Put in a greased 2-qt casserole dish.
- Sprinkle almonds on top.
- Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 45 min.
- Uncover for 15 min at 350 degrees.
- Add in 1/2 c. more water for the last 15 min.
